Jeff Mendenhall is the founder of Omega Resources LLC and architect of CORA (Coordinated Outcome & Recovery Architecture), a coordination infrastructure platform designed to improve long-term stability outcomes through connected systems.His work focuses on translating complex real-world challenges into deployable coordination solutions that bridge technology and community implementation. Prior to founding Omega, Jeff operated in technical and operational roles centered on systems development, problem solving, and applied technology. He continues advancing his technical and organizational expertise through ongoing college education while actively leading platform development, pilot preparation, and strategic partnerships.His leadership combines systems thinking with firsthand insight into how fragmented processes affect real people, driving solutions built for measurable, real-world impact.
